Giuliano Bellachioma is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, equity partner and founder of Omnia Consilia STP – Benefit Corporation, a high-profile professional network with offices in Viterbo, Rome and Dubai, providing management, tax, corporate, M&A and judicial consultancy both nationally and internationally. He graduated with honors and complemented his academic education with an intensive professional training path, culminating in the Felicetti Award as the best newly qualified Chartered Accountant in 2011. He has gained significant experience in advising companies, banking foundations, extraordinary transactions, statutory audits, and has held positions on Boards of Directors and Boards of Statutory Auditors. At the Court of Viterbo, he serves as Bankruptcy Trustee, Auxiliary to the Judge for Real Estate Executions, and Court-Appointed Technical Consultant (CTU). Within the professional bodies, he is a member of the Joint Anti-Money Laundering Commission of the ODCEC Lazio and of the Judicial Area Study Commission; in 2014 he represented the ODCEC of Viterbo at the World Congress of Accountants organized by IFAC. With a strong specialization in compliance and anti-money laundering, he serves as AML Officer for several obliged entities and is Assistant Professor of Financial Intermediaries Law at the University of Tuscia. At the international level, he is a member and Advisor of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the UAE (IICUAE) and a partner of the international consulting network Ascheri Group, providing consultancy to foreign operators investing in Italy and supporting Italian companies in their internationalization in the UAE and worldwide.
