Giuliano Bellachioma is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, founder and Equity Partner of Omnia Consilia STP – Benefit Company. He advises companies, entrepreneurs and institutional clients on corporate and tax matters, extraordinary transactions, business reorganisations, governance, restructuring and compliance. His practice includes a strong focus on anti-money laundering, risk management and the regulatory aspects of cross-border transactions. Over the course of his career, he has developed significant experience in insolvency and judicial proceedings before the Court of Viterbo, as well as in corporate governance, serving in a variety of roles as director, statutory auditor and independent auditor. He also advises companies, foundations and other public and private organisations on complex corporate and strategic matters. He is President of the Judicial Affairs Study Commission of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Viterbo and is actively engaged in academic and professional education, with a particular focus on anti-money laundering, compliance and financial intermediaries regulation. His international practice focuses on cross-border business development and investment projects. He assists Italian companies with their international expansion and supports foreign investors in structuring investments, establishing operations and developing their presence in Italy. He is an Advisor and member of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the United Arab Emirates (IICUAE) and is actively involved in international professional and institutional networks, including Ascheri Group and A.I.P.A. – Asia International Professionals Alliance, promoted by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Singapore. His practice combines tax, corporate and compliance expertise with a well-established network of professional and institutional relationships across Italy, the United Arab Emirates and the Asia-Pacific region, providing clients with an integrated approach to domestic and international business matters.
